MIND ON TEN
Privacy & sharing · Updated October 3, 2026

Know what you’re sharing.

Mind On Ten is a reflection space. Submitting your writing is optional, and you can use the printable reset without submitting anything.

Private resets

The reset form does not ask for your name or email. When you submit, your answers, a submission reference and submission time are stored. Only the creator can access the full reset through the private inbox.

What “anonymous” means here

Your submission is not attached to a signed-in account. Your words can still identify you. Please leave out names, contact details, workplaces, addresses, medical records and other sensitive or identifying information—including information about other people.

Choosing public sharing

Private is the default. If you choose public sharing, you select one answer and agree to share it. It stays hidden until the creator approves it. Only that selected answer may appear on the community page; your other answers stay private. Public content can be read, copied or captured by anyone. Removing it from this site cannot remove copies someone else has made.

Comments and moderation

Comments are submitted without a name or email and stay hidden until approved. The creator may decline or remove vulgar language, harassment, explicit content or identifying details. Approval is a manual review; this site does not automatically detect every inappropriate word. Comments on a removed reflection are also hidden.

Spam protection and technical information

Hourly submission limits help protect the inbox. When the hosting service supplies a visitor’s network address, the app uses a hashed, hour-specific version for these limits. The raw address is not saved in the app’s submission database, and the counter is kept separate from your writing. Old counters are cleared as new submissions are processed. Site-wide limits also apply.

The services that host and deliver this website process technical information needed to operate it and may maintain their own operational logs. Anonymous submission does not mean that no technical information is processed by those services.

Storage and removal

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for submitted resets or comments. They remain stored unless removed by the creator. Public content can be removed from view by the creator.

For a privacy question or removal request, contact @mindonten on Instagram. Since submissions have no contact information, locating a specific anonymous submission may require its approximate submission time and a short, non-sensitive excerpt. Do not send your full reset or sensitive details in a message.

A reflection space, not live support

Submissions may not be reviewed immediately. Mind On Ten is not a therapy, medical, emergency or live support service. Anonymous submissions cannot receive a personal reply.
